The Focus: Psychological Well-being & Trauma Recovery
Traditional talk therapy focused on the internal landscape. We utilize evidence-based modalities like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address anxiety, depression, identity transitions, and the long-term impacts of trauma.
This is the space for deep emotional healing that may or may not intersect with your financial life.

The Focus: Money, Emotions, and the Deeper Patterns Beneath Them
Financial therapy looks at the emotional, relational, and nervous system patterns that shape your relationship with money.
This work can be especially helpful if you feel stuck around money, carry guilt about success, or notice that financial decisions bring up stress, pressure, or shutdown, especially during major transitions such as an inheritance, business exit, or other shift in wealth.
We go beyond budgeting to understand the old stories, fears, and coping patterns that may still be influencing how you think, feel, and respond around money.
-
The Focus: Family Dynamics, Wealth, and What Gets Carried Forward
This consultation work is for families navigating the emotional and relational side of wealth.
It can be especially helpful when money brings up tension around values, communication, responsibility, fairness, succession, or different ideas about what should be preserved, shared, or changed across generations.
Together, we look beyond the financial structure to better understand the family patterns, unspoken expectations, and emotional undercurrents that may be shaping decisions behind the scenes.

The Focus: The Human Side of Wealth
This consultation work helps advisors, estate attorneys, and family offices navigate the emotional and relational dynamics that can complicate even the best financial plans.
Technical strategy matters, but so do identity, family patterns, cultural context, and the psychological factors that shape how clients respond under stress.
I partner with professional teams to better understand what may be happening beneath the surface, especially when clients feel stuck, families are misaligned, or important decisions keep getting delayed.
This may include support around:
Founder and leadership transitions
When wealth creation, succession, or role change brings up unexpected identity and emotional challenges.Intergenerational tension
When differing values, expectations, or cultural experiences create strain across generations.Decision-making barriers
When fear, avoidance, guilt, or unresolved family dynamics interfere with planning and follow-through -
The Focus: Money, Clinical Work, and the Therapist Behind the Role
As therapists and helpers, we are trained to hold space for so much, yet many of us have had little support in understanding our own relationship with money.
This consultation is for clinicians who want to explore the money beliefs, shame, scarcity, or emotional patterns that may be affecting their practice, professional decisions, or sense of sustainability.
It can also be a space for thinking through complex cases where money, wealth, identity, or power are part of the clinical picture.
I offer board-certified mentorship for clinicians who want to deepen their work, expand their understanding of financial therapy, and build a practice that feels more aligned with their values and needs.
Clinical mentorship is a professional development service and does not create a therapist-patient relationship. It is available to practitioners worldwide.
Please reach out if you would like to discuss fees or mentorship options.

My practice is private pay. This allows our work to stay focused on your needs and goals rather than insurance requirements or limits on care.
It also offers greater privacy and flexibility in how we work together.

The Process
Phase 1: Connect
We start with a complimentary 15-minute video call to talk through what’s bringing you here and whether my approach fits what you need right now.
Phase 2: Establish
If we move forward, you’ll receive access to a secure portal to share background information and goals. We then meet for a comprehensive intake to better understand your history, current concerns, and what feels most important to address.
This helps us create a clearer direction for the work ahead.
Phase 3: Align
We begin focused work together, typically on a weekly or biweekly basis depending on your needs and the complexity of what you’re navigating. This is where we start working more directly with the money stories, emotional patterns, or relational dynamics that need attention.
For founders, families, and consultation clients, I also offer intensive half-day sessions for more in-depth support.
Phase 4: Sustain
As the work deepens, we shift into a maintenance rhythm or as-needed consultation. My goal is to help you build the internal clarity and steadiness to navigate money, identity, and future transitions with more confidence, while knowing I can remain a resource when needed.
