Do you take insurance?

I am a credentialed provider with Lyra Health (check your Lyra portal for your benefits and reach out to me directly).

If you have Aetna Health Foreign Service, services are reimbursable at 70-90%.

I am not in-network for other insurance panels. However, depending on your insurance, you may be able to see me as an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a Superbill (basically an invoice with a diagnosis) to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

Here are some questions to ask your PPO:

  1. Do I have mental/behavioral health insurance benefits?

  2. What are my out-of-network provider benefits for mental/behavioral health services?

  3. What is my deductible and has it been met?

  4. How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover and/or psychological testing hours?

  5. What is the coverage amount per therapy session and/or psychological testing?

  6. Is approval or pre-authorization required?
